As a Child Care Company employing more than 80 Residential Support Workers, 10 first line Managers and 6 Senior Managers we needed a positive team building experience, specifically designed around our needs.

Working with Rachel Haslam was inspiring and unique in its approach. Staff were left feeling they had had a positive experience which would allow them to be more open and direct within their work.

The company directors have noticed positive outcomes, since the session and have fed back to senior managers how well they thought first line managers were now communicating between themselves and others.

Throughout the day Rachel changed the session according to our needs and the needs of the staff. The session was clearly planned and the input from Rachel was informative whilst allowing everyone involved to fully participate, ensuring that each individual achieved their full potential.
