The day-long interview that gets the best out of your candidates

Team Academy offers a challenging alternative to the conventional recruitment process. You are going to invest a lot of time, money and effort in training your new recruits, so you have to get the right people first time.

We will help you do this by short listing your delegates and putting them through an intensive day of multi-skill workshops. These will assess their abilities over a number of problem solving tasks and stressful situations held under strict time constraints. These exercises will reveal their honesty, leadership and risk-taking qualities and their ability to work in a team.
