    Rachel Haslam - Training Director

    My passion is for people, to be the very best they can be. I love to work with organisation to create, develop successful teams - through increasing morale, improving business relationships, breaking down barriers between work colleagues - to make business more productive, effective, and overall increase profits.

    I bring alot of energy, enthusiasm, personality and humour when I work with groups.These are important qualities when delivering workshops. Each person working in Team Academy™ has been hand picked as having these attributes too. We have a totally awesome bunch of highly skilled professionals. With people's development at the focus of what we do.

    Angela Moore - Team Coach (Manager)

    Angela has been involved in developing people for the last 20 years. She’s a qualified coach, trainer and facilitator and specialises in making leaders better, more of the time. Working with organisations from small charities to large plcs and everything in between means that she’s earned her stripes. She’s currently working towards her pips.

  • Robin Hills

    Robin Hills - Team Coach

    Robin specialises in the application of emotional intelligence within organisations with over 25 years’ business and commercial experience in sales, marketing, research and recruitment. His work involves helping senior managers and leaders in organisations to develop their business performance through increased self awareness and understanding of others.

    Robin uses a range of tools to support personal development, training and coaching around emotional intelligence. He is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric instruments, including Thomas DISC and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and II) and uses these in to help organisations to manage their talent.

  • Sandra Cobbin

    Sandra Cobbin - Team Coach

    Sandra works with individuals and groups to help them develop competence and confidence in their roles and as teams. She works with leadership teams in the voluntary and private sectors, helping them to work more effectively together. Sandra uses Myers Briggs to help people understand themselves better and understand how to bring out the best in others. She also coaches people in transition, as they develop the potential for a new role and as they develop fully within a new role.

    Rob Hazel - Team Coach

    Rob has a 16 year successful career working with teams in the outdoors, leading expeditions both in the UK and abroad, delivering training, and opening up the potential in people. His work has taken all over the world. Rob is also an Emergency Medical Technicain and first aid trainer.

  • Jim Bowden

    Jim Bowden - Outdoor Instructor

    Jim first started climbing at the age of 10 and this lead to a love of all things outdoors. I have over the last 20 years pursued these activities all over the world including Kayaking waterfalls in New Zealand and Climbing Ice in Scotland. Jim has been working with Team Academy™ for the last 3 years.

    With more than 30 years experience at Directorship level, across all industry sectors, Wendy Bowers combines a wealth of knowledge with a warm caring approach. She is passionate about business and personal development.

    Paul looks after all our marketing. Paul has over 30 years experience in managing the marketing in the corporate world. Paul is great at marketing planning, marketing communications, brand development. He gets our message out there!
