Challenge by Choice
Team Academy™ outdoor activities are for all ages and abilities. We are flexible enough to accommodate your needs from single-day activities to full residential experiences. Previous clients include school and youth groups, social groups, the corporate sector and groups or individuals who require a rewarding away day.
Outdoor activities can have many powerful learning outcomes such as challenging team members to learn more about their strengths and understand their weaknesses. We do this through a Challenge by Choice approach where participants are actively encouraged to participate but never forced; after all, it’s about teamwork not survival of the fittest!
Perhaps unsurprisingly, many activities involve teamwork which will develop problem-solving and analytical abilities, and social and communication skills.
